Ideas for Your Holiday Table

L-R: Bing Crosby, Rosemary Clooney, Vera-Ellen, and Danny Kaye in the classic White Christmas (1954).

Still looking for ideas for your Christmas Table?  Here are a few show-stopping Macarons and Mimi recipes that are sure to be hits!

Stuffing is such a simple dish, yet it can be a very difficult holiday side dish to get right!

Too often, stuffing is either too dry, too wet, or under seasoned.  My Classic Vegetarian Stuffing solves all these problems!  This stuffing is perfectly seasoned, and the perfect texture.  It’s a great combination of the traditional and untraditional—peas are definitely not a traditional stuffing ingredient, but I think they are a fabulous addition!  I hope you’ll give my stuffing a try this holiday season!

If you’re looking for a fabulous meat substitute for a main dish at your holiday table, look no further than my Seared Herb-Breaded Gardein!  The green beans would also be a great veggie side.

This mashed potato bake would be the perfect way to make a classic mashed potato side dish a part of your holiday meal!  You could prepare the recipe as is, or omit the parsley if you’re looking for a a more neutral holiday flavor.

This is definitely the perfect holiday pie!  Whether you’re looking for a nice fall pie alternative to pumpkin pie, or wanting an additional pie to serve alongside that classic pumpkin, then my Apple Coffee Cake Pie is the pie for you!

These beautiful Amarena Cherry Ricotta Bars may be my new favorite dessert.  Since creating this recipe around Thanksgiving last month, I’ve made them three times!!!!

They are deliciously moist and completely addicting, quite reminiscent of cheesecake, but much, much easier to make, and with more of a cakey texture.  These would make a wonderful addition to your holiday dessert menu.

My Pear Pie with Almond Coconut Topping is my new favorite pie.  It’s absolutely perfect for any occasion, especially if you’re wanting to really impress guests.  There is something so incredibly elegant about the pears in this pie, especially when coupled with my almond flour, sugar, and coconut topping.

We enjoyed the pie at Thanksgiving this year, and I’ll be serving it again for dessert at our family Christmas gathering.  It’s that good!

And if You're Looking for Something Light After All That Holiday Food...

You’d never guess this filling salad is Keto friendly.  With its luscious, creamy tahini dressing, crispy tofu, delicious veggies, pine nuts, and feta (omit to keep vegan), this salad is simply decadent!  But at the same time, you can feel how healthy it is.  It’s the absolute perfect post-holiday meal when we’re all looking to lighten up!

The beautiful Vera-Ellen does a flawless jump in White Christmas (1954). It's definitely one of our family's favorite Christmas films!
